Do you and your employees fear change or embrace it as an opportunity? Do you possess the skills necessary for human resources’ role in leading change? A recent SHRM survey found that 82% of organizations had been involved in a change management initiative involving the human resources function over the previous 24 months. Organizations who gain commitment to a change benefit from increased employee participation, job satisfaction and retention.

In this interactive workshop, participants will work in teams on a typical organizational change initiative while practicing techniques in each phase of change implementation.

Learning Objectives:

  • Learn, apply and practice steps for creating a vision during the “pre-change” phase.
  • Build alignment through communication and dialog in the “during change” phase.
  • Ensure momentum and provide feedback in the “making change stick” phase.
