The Resource Center committee selects the books and promotional items available for sale at The HRSouthwest Conference. This committee is also responsible for ordering, inventory and operation of the Resource Center during the conference. Sets up inventory and operates the Resource Center during The Conference; and organizes the “close” of the Bookstore at the end of The Conference.
The Educational Sessions committee selects the educational session speakers, develops the conference educational programs, handles all communication between The Conference and the speakers before, during and after the event, and coordinates audio-visual requirements and pre-conference workshops.
Special Events coordinates all food and beverage selection, entertainment, decor, and the Silent Auction (supporting our student sponsorship winners).
The Special Services committee manages the Welcome Center and volunteers to include soliciting volunteers and coordinating schedules. This committee also works with staff to develop, document and test new conference deliverables.
