    Badge Holders
    Conference badge holders featuring sponsor’s logo are worn by attendees, exhibitors and speakers throughout the Conference. Plus, sponsor’s full color 3.5”x5.5” ad appears on the back of every badge. HRSWC selects and provides badges.
    Lanyards
    Custom imprinted lanyards featuring the sponsor’s logo are worn by attendees, exhibitors and speakers throughout the Conference. Many attendees also repurpose them for their keychains, security badges and other everyday uses. HRSWC selects and provides lanyards.
    Lunches & Breaks
    Connect with Conference participants during their “down time.” Lunch breaks and morning and afternoon refreshments are served in the Marketplace on Monday and Tuesday. Sponsor logo is featured on signage at each food service station in the Marketplace and on table tents throughout the seating areas. Option to distribute materials on each table in the seating areas (sponsor provides materials).
    Registration
    Every Conference participant’s first stop is at the Registration area. Your branded message will be there to greet them. Includes custom signage in registration area, logo recognition on confirmation emails and registration website.
    Conference Program
    As the official guide to all Conference proceedings, educational sessions, exhibitor directory and other critical information, the Conference Program is provided to every attendee, exhibitor and sponsor in their Conference bag (approx. 2,500). Includes one full-color ad on back cover of the program.

    Welcome Reception
    The welcome reception is hosted in the Marketplace on Monday evening and is attended by approximately 70% of attendees. Sponsor is recognized in announcements, marketing material and signage during the event. Option to provide door prize during the reception (sponsor’s choice at additional cost).
    Texas Volunteer Leader of the Year Award
    Peer-nominated award recognizes outstanding volunteer service in the Texas SHRM chapter community. Sponsor’s company representative participates in onstage presentation of the award during the closing general session.
    Closing Reception
    Conference delegates are invited to relax and have fun at this entertaining and dynamic closing event. Approximately 700 attendees enjoy entertainment, prize drawings, activities, and delicious food and refreshments. Sponsor is recognized in announcements, marketing material and signage during the event.

    Volunteer Shirts

    Silent Auction
    The silent auction, located in the Marketplace, is visited by attendees and exhibitors repeatedly throughout the Conference for bidding opportunities. All proceeds benefit the Excellence in Education Student Scholarship Fund.
    Conference Pen
    Participants receive a custom pen inside their Conference bag. Pens are also distributed at various industry events throughout the year to promote the following year’s Conference. The sponsor’s logo and upcoming Conference dates appear on the pen. HRSWC selects and provides pens.

    Keep your brand in front of nearly 2,500 Conference delegates who need to stay powered up and in touch with the office. Customized workstations are located throughout the Marketplace, Registration and Bookstore areas to provide convenient and comfortable places for Conference attendees to plug in, power up and stay connected.
    Wellness Club
    Ideal for wellness management or corporate health provider. Facilitate morning run/walks, afternoon energy breaks or other mind/body/spirit wellness-related activities to help keep attendees alert and energized.
    Pre-Conference Workshops
    Nearly 200 committed HR professionals participate in Pre-Conference Workshops the Sunday prior to HRSWC. Be the first sponsor they connect with as the Pre-Conference Workshop sponsor.     Welcome Ambassadors
    This team of “roving ambassadors” help attendees find session rooms, answer FAQs, and help facilitate connections and introductions among attendees. Sponsor is recognized with special identifying attire and/or badges worn by the ambassadors.
    SOLD! Relaxation Station
    Great for corporate massage or wellness provider! This popular spot is visited by delegates, staff and volunteers throughout the Conference to receive complimentary five-minute chair massages.
    SOLD! Paws for a Cause (Puppy Cuddling)
    HRSWC is proud to partner with Patriot PAWS of Rockwall, Texas, to present the Puppy Cuddling program, which provides an opportunity for Conference participants to make a positive contribution to the host community. Conference participants are invited to spend time with dogs-in-training at a specially designated area near the Park. Referred to as “puppy cuddling”, this activity helps socialize the dogs as they learn to become invaluable canine companions. Patriot PAWS is a local 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to training and providing service dogs of the highest quality at no cost to disabled American veterans and others with mobile disabilities in order to help restore their physical and emotional independence.

    Legal Exchange
    One of the most popular educational activities five years in a row! In this expanded three-hour session, attendees receive the latest legal compliance updates in a small-group, round-table format. Discussions are led by leading employment law attorneys, around a variety of pre-determined areas of interest, such as Workplace Investigations, NLRB, EEOC, Immigration, Wage & Hour Law, FLSA and more.
    Future Leaders (only 3 available)
    Support students pursuing a degree and career in HR with a Future Leaders sponsorship. Proceeds from your contribution will go directly toward the student sponsorship fund and enable five students to attend the Conference at no cost.
    Evaluations
    Feedback is gathered for 100+ educational sessions and through multiple overall Conference surveys distributed to all 2,500+ attendees, speakers and exhibitors. Sponsor is recognized in all educational session surveys in the mobile app and in all post-Conference surveys and reminders.
    Excellence in Education Student Scholarships

Each year, HRSWC provides valuable scholarship funding to a well-deserving group of students pursing degrees and careers in human resources – the future leaders of the HR community.
