All around us, technologies, processes, people, ideas, and methods often change, affecting the way we perform daily tasks and live our lives. Agility in the workplace and navigating change takes more preplanning, preparedness and employee resilience than ever before. To be successful, our employees must adapt and not only survive change but also thrive in change. The session will explore examples of what businesses are doing to curate resilience in an ever-changing workplace, and we’ll connect the linkage between change readiness, staff resilience and business outcomes. HR professionals must move from managing change to leading and anticipating change to support the growth of the business.

Learning Objectives:

  • List the steps necessary for preparing a change strategy and building support for the change
  • Develop practical strategies and tactics to implement changes in your business to drive resilience, agility and a culture of change acceptance
  • Define what resilience is and why it is important to HR and talent professionals in a competitive talent marketplace
  • Gather real time measures of workforce satisfaction in a way that motivates staff and retains talent, increases customer satisfaction and elevates other business metrics
