About the Speaker:

Alice Dendinger, SPHR has over 30 years of experience in the field of Human Resource Management and Organizational Development. She started the Alice Dendinger Alliance Group in 2002 and PivotU in 2014. Through consulting, training, and coaching, Alice has focused her work on strategic management, organizational development, employee relations and communication, mediation and conflict resolution, performance management; and assisting the leaders, managers, supervisors, and direct reports at every level to “work better together.” BS in Business, MA in Communication and several professional certifications, Alice’s purpose in starting PivotU is to provide the business world with a unique, custom, core, and meaningful approach to training, learning and transformation.
