Sponsorship Includes these benefits and more
One 8′ x 10′ carpeted space (inline or corner) includes, draped back and side “wall(s)”, three foot high draped side wall(s) , company sign, one six foot skirted table , two chairs and one wastebasket.
Full-Conference registration for two booth staff per 8′ x 10′ booth. Includes: lunch, access to VIP Sponsor & Exhibitor Lounge, education sessions, and general sessions. Additional booth staff can be registered for $135 per person. Note: Limit of three staff members in a 8′ x 10′ booth at any one time.
Pre-Conference exposure on the conference website under “Our Partners” page and the Exhibitor Directory which includes company listing, and logo including contact information, product/service categories, company description and link to your company website or custom landing page.
Pre-Conference marketing and communications including social media posts and digital and print when sponsorship is mentioned (deadlines apply).
Onsite exposure with upgraded company listing and logo in the conference mobile app, including contact information, description and link to your company website or custom landing page.
Automatic inclusion in the Marketplace Challenge traffic driver game, verbal and/or digital appreciation in General Sessions, onsite signage recognition and first right of refusal for same sponsor package the following year. Decision due by December 31, 2020.
